I Brief A big platform that had to keep growing — and keep running
CoachSys is an all-in-one, “phygital” platform for coaching centers and training institutes — everything from online admissions to live classes, attendance, exams, fees, and results in one place. The foundation was already live and in real use; what it needed was most of its modules built out properly, hardened, and kept dependable as more institutes and students came on board. That’s where we came in — not as the original authors, but as the team that extends the product across its modules and maintains it day to day.

II Build What we built out and maintain
We didn’t start CoachSys from scratch — we took over an existing product and built out, extended, and now maintain most of its modules. The platform spans the entire coaching-center lifecycle, with its own dashboards for every role and a matching Android app.
- Online admissions — custom application forms, in-form payments, and auto account and bill creation
- Batches, class schedules, and auto-generated live classes
- Live interactive classes (built-in, plus Zoom / Google Meet) with auto-attendance and chat
- Exams, results, automatic leaderboards, and merit lists
- Fees and finance — income/expense, vouchers, salaries, and due management
- A 20+ event SMS/email notification engine with customizable templates and filtering
- Detailed reporting with Excel export, plus stock and inventory management
- Role-based portals for every user, and a multi-org Android app

III Highlight The work that runs itself
The point of a platform like this is to take the repetitive admin work off people’s plates. Joining a live class marks attendance automatically; assigning a class generates the bills; finishing an exam builds the leaderboard and merit list on its own. And the heaviest jobs collapse to a single click — notify every student in arrears, disable due accounts, or send a whole batch’s results and bills, all at once.
